I've bumped into two people from my land so far. Laios and Marcille. A blond tall-man and an elf.

I'm not sure which expedition they will send you on, but remember to wear the suit they give you. The conditions in Seoul are not favourable.

What is a 'tall-man'?

I'm a tall-man. Along with most people in this land.

We don't have too many other defining traits, and our lifespans are short compared to elves and dwarves.

You might call it something different where you come from.

We just call it 'people'.
It still sounds magical, though, with the elves and the dwarves.

We only hear about them in stories.

Where I come from, we would consider dwarves, halflings and elves 'humans' as well. But this world appears to be densely populated by tall men, so yours might be similar.

This world seems to be a future version of mine.
I am from Tokyo, a less technologically advanced version, but my world hasn't been devastated by kaiju.
In fact, this kind of scenario is a popular theme for stories and other entertainment pieces.
